Nach
einer super Zeit in Barbados (http://franziskaaeschbach12.blogspot.com) war ich erholt, geerdet sowie voller Energie
und freier Gedanken – Danke Chris! Zudem erwartete mich zuhause ein liebevolles
Willkommen: Lilien… und sogar Blutorangen zum Pressen meines täglichen frischen
Orangensaftes hatte Hansruedi besorgt - er kann es doch!? : )
Glücklicherweise
leide ich nicht an Jet Lags… Weil ich auf dem Flug wenig geschlafen hatte,
gönnte ich mir jedoch einen Mittagsschlaf – das tu ich auch sonst, wenn ich
müde bin – und schon war ich wieder ganz im Hier und Jetzt in Böju.
Ich
versuchte im Hier und Jetzt zu bleiben und meine Stimmung von Erinnerungen
der letzten 3 Wochen inspirieren zu lassen... Aber als ich am folgenden Tag das
Haus verliess um einkaufen zu gehen, bemerkte ich wie die Emsigkeit der
Menschen im Weihnachtsstress auf mich zu wirken begann… Sollte ich mich von der
Suggestionskraft der Masse zur Musterbildung zwingen lassen? – Nein, ich wollte
nicht wieder zurück in diesen reissenden Fluss, der immer kräftiger und
schneller wurde… so suchte ich nach andern Polen, die Ruhe ausstrahlten... und die
es gibt, wenn man danach Ausschau hat... : )
After a great time in Barbados (http://franziskaaeschbach12.blogspot.com) I was relaxed, grounded as well as full of energy and free spirits - thank you Chris! Also at home I seemed to be welcome: Lilies... and Hansruedi had even bought blood oranges to squeeze my daily fresh orange juice - consequently he can!? : )
Fortunately I do not suffer from jet lags... As I had not slept on the flight I allowed myself a nap in the afternoon – that’s what I do usually anyhow when I feel tired - and yet I was back in the here and now in Böju.
I tried to stay in the here and now and let my spirit be inspired by memories of the last 3 weeks... But when I left the house the next day to go shopping, I noticed how the business of people in Christmas stress began to affect me... Should I feel obliged to adapt to pattern formation by the suggestive power of the mass? - No, I did not want to return to that raging river which becomes stronger and faster... I looked for other poles radiating a sense of calmness, and there are, if we look out for them... : )

Weihnachten
stand vor der Tür, das war bestimmt ein Grund der Hektik auf den Strassen und
beim Einkaufen. Ich halte nicht besonders viel von Weihnachten, für mich ist es
nichts anderes als ein Kommerzevent – Materie statt Liebe! Und als künstlich
empfinde ich die plötzliche Aufmerksamkeit, mit der man andern eine Freude
machen sollte… viele Leute wissen nicht mal was seinen Lieben (und ihnen
selber) Freude bereitet und es ist zum Imponieren? Für mich ist Weihachten wie ein anderer Tag an dem man
Gutes tut… ohne Stress und Muss… Aber die Suggestionskraft der Medien scheint
uns da ihr eigenes Muster aufdrängen zu wollen…
Da ich
aber fast keine Lebensmittel zuhause hatte, musste ich einkaufen gehen… Ich wollte auch wieder
einmal kochen! : ) Und das wie immer gesund mit frischen Zutaten… Nur wie
frisch und gesund sind unsere Nahrungsmittel, die wir einkaufen? – Immerhin
haben wir die Auswahl zwischen ‘gespritzt‘ und ‘gespritzt inklusive
Zusatzstoffe‘! ; ) Meine Gerichte diese Woche waren unüberspürbar karibisch
angehaucht: Ich bereitete Chutneys aus ‘frischen‘ Ananas und Birnen zu, die so vergiftet
gar nicht schmeckten! Sehr wahrscheinlich kommt mir da unsere Fähigkeit zur
Anpassung zugute und wir benötigen am Ende eine Portion Gift?
Christmas was just around the corner, this was for sure a reason of the hustle and bustle in the streets and shops. I have rather a low opinion of Christmas, for me it is nothing more than a commercial event - matter over love! And I consider the sudden attention with which one should give pleasure to others as artificial... many people do not even know what brings joy to his loved ones (and themselves) and it is to impress? For me Christmas is like any other day I do good things... without stress and obligation... But the suggestive power of media seems to impose their own pattern onto us…
But since I had almost no food at home, I was obliged to go shopping... I was also looking forward to cooking! : ) And as always healthily with fresh ingredients... Only, how fresh and healthy is the food we buy? - After all, we still have a choice between 'sprayed' and 'sprayed including additives'! ; ) My meals this week were unmistakably inspired by the Caribbean cuisine: I prepared chutneys from 'fresh' pineapple and pears which didn’t taste that poisoned at all! Most likely I benefit from our ability to adapt and eventually need a portion of poison?

Am
Samstag, den 27. Dezember, wartete am Morgen eine Überraschung:
Der Winter war eingekehrt! Wie ein kleines Kind erfreute ich mich am Schnee,
der unsere Terrasse bedeckte! Zudem war es heute 27 Jahre her seit Hansruedi
mich nach München ‘entführte‘ und wir unsere Beziehung begannen…

On Saturday, December 27th, a surprise was waiting in the morning: Winter had arrived! Like a little child I was cheered by the snow that covered our terrace! In addition, today it was 27 years ago since Hansruedi 'skyjacked' me to Munich and we started our relationship...
